Springbrook Park

Springbrook Park is a vibrant 3.5-acre neighborhood gem in Lakewood, designed to bring people together and celebrate community life. With thoughtful design and phased improvements, the park now offers a welcoming destination for play, connection, and recreation.

Accessibility

From the beginning, accessibility was a top priority. In Phase 1, new ADA pathways and a bridge across Clover Creek created vital connections between neighborhoods. Phase 2 built on this foundation, expanding pathways into a full walking loop that makes the park easy to enjoy for all ages and abilities.

Activity

Springbrook Park is packed with opportunities to stay active, play, and gather. Highlights include an inclusive playground, picnic shelter, community garden, pump track, off-leash dog area, basketball court, and more. Every feature was chosen to reflect the neighborhood’s vision of a fun, inclusive, and energetic community space.

Award-Winning Design

In 2024, Springbrook Park was honored with the WRPA Spotlight Award for Facilities, Parks, and Trails (Population under 100,000). This recognition celebrates the park’s high standards in design, innovation, and community impact—affirming its role as a model for neighborhood parks across the region
